Dr. Duane is from the east Detroit area. He got his veterinary degree from MSU where he met is future wife, Dr. Nancy. Dr. Duane specializes in herd health and preventative care. Dr. Nancy is originally from Jackson, Michigan. She graduated from Jackson High school and went on to complete her Veterinary degree at MSU. She holds the fort down at the clinic seeing the small animal appointments and performing surgical procedures. Her favorite thing about the veterinary field is that you get to see something different every day. Dr. Duane and Dr. Nancy practiced together for 5 months near Baltimore, Maryland and then for 2 1/2 years in the Wayne/Westland area before purchasing the clinic here in Concord. Together they enjoy spending time at their family farm where they have Norwegian Fjords (like the horse from the movie Frozen), donkeys and angora sheep.
